Wow, it has been over three months since we updated our Newsletter. Sorry. We’ve had a very busy season! We did a Timber Framing for the Rest of Us workshop with Bruce and Nancy Kilgore in May, followed by cordwood and earth-sheltered workshops at their beautiful home in May, July and September. Bruce and Nancy are great instructors. Workshops were very well attended, even though it was not a good summer for weather … until the past couple of weeks, when an excellent Indian Summer has provided us with a fine vacation at Mushwood, our cottage at Chateaugay Lake. Now, we are getting ready for our Fall Open House. (See below.) Our 2018 schedule is similar to 2017, although we will not be doing a Timber Framing workshop in 2018.
Stop Press! As of today, October 2nd, we have added our 2018 Workshop Schedule to this website. It is now possible to register for 2018 workshops.

Update: October 9, 2017 Our Open House was a great success! Over 100 people toured the campus. Kelly O’Brien from WCAX (Channel 3) did an article about us the day before, but it did not appear until two days after the Open House, on October 9th. But it was pretty good, runs just over two minutes.
